Business model
Hardware — high-margin, one-time appliance sales (Base™ / Pro™). Sovereign Connect™ is included free on every unit: we run Headscale (self-hosted Tailscale-compatible control plane) plus DERP relays; customers use the Sovereign app (iOS/Android) with QR pairing at setup. Traffic is end-to-end WireGuard — Sovereign cannot see payload content. Connect is a product feature, not a recurring revenue line; infra scales at low marginal cost (~$30/mo at ~1,000 active customers in planning models).
Optional recurring: Sovereign Care™ at $15/month (security patches, curated model releases, one support ticket/mo). Sovereign Pro Service™ at $199/year (annual on-site dealer visit, health check, upgrade guidance, priority support). No Remote Connect subscription — Connect ships with hardware.
